Our Applied Behavior Analysis and Treatment Process

Once you enroll for ABA services, one of our team members will reach out to you typically within 24-48 hours.  Depending on availability, there may be spots available immediately or you may be placed on a short wait list for services until a spot becomes available. 

We do not conduct initial assessments until we have an open spot for your child to receive ongoing services.  Once a spot is available, we will contact you to set up an initial assessment appointment.  Generally, the process is as follows:

  • Enroll Your Child

  • When spot is available, we will contact you to begin the intake process

  • Fill out intake paperwork- you must provide us a copy of the report from your child’s Autism diagnosis

  • We will request preauthorization from your insurance for initial assessment (if necessary)

  • Our team will schedule and conduct initial assessment where we assess your child and speak with you about your goals for treatment

  • Our BCBAs will write goals, a treatment plan, and recommend hours

  • We will submit the treatment plan to insurance for ongoing services authorization (if necessary)

  • Services begin!
