Our client intake process includes many considerations based on each child's individual characteristics and goals for treatment. Our objective is to create the best fit and most positive outcomes.  Once an appropriate placement is determined, we will contact you to schedule an Initial Assessment.

Currently, we are only accepting new clients up to age six.

First, please fill out an enrollment request. You will be redirected to our secure portal, CentralReach. Upon submission, instructions for logins and passwords will be generated along with requests for required documentation. Please allow up to 24 hours for your request to be processed.
